If you start day dreaming while practicing tai chi or yoga, you loose the position and the flow of movements. Meditation has as its purpose a focus on the present moment.
Find a mentor or class to learn tai chi and yoga. Join a beginners group for meditation. If you are already learned in these practices, start up again now – before the holiday stress begins.
